Firstly, through utilizing Almost Ideal Supply System and estimating the demands of wheat inputs and the complementary and substitutionary relationships between the inputs. Then, consistence with targeted subsidies plan, various energy (gas oil and electricity) prices increase scenarios are employed to calculate changes in the demand for production inputs. In this study, changes in quantity demand inputs for water, chemical pesticides, fertilizers and energy carriers’ has been used as an indicator of environmental quality. The results indicated that own-price elasticity of compensated demand are negative for all inputs. Also the cross elasticities of compensated coefficients revealed complementary relationships between gas, oil, machinery and electricity, labor, and the substitutionary relationship between gas oil and electricity and as  well as gas oil and labor. The effects of the price rising of gas oil and electricity indicated that by increasing in price these carriers, the environmental quality reduced. Therefore, it is suggested that policy in wheat production should be implemented with further considerations. Finally, despite its low own-price and cross elasticities of compensated demand inputs, the substitutionary they can implicitly suggests appropriately willingness of producers to use inputs other instead of energy. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should introduce technologies replacing energies and promote consistent environmental instead.}, keywords = {Energy Carriers,Almost Ideal Supply System,Environmental Quality,Irrigated Wheat,Fars Province}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر افزایش قیمت حامل‌های انرژی بر تقاضای نهاده‌های مؤثر بر کیفیت محیط زیست در تولید گندم استان فارس}, abstract_fa = {در مطالعه حاضر پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه و جمعآوری دادههای مقطعی سال زراعی 93ـ1392 از 201 تولیدکننده گندم آبی منتخب به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای در منطقه فسا، اثرات افزایش قیمت حامل‌های انرژی بر تقاضای نهاده‌های مؤثر بر کیفیت محیط زیست بررسی شد. ابتدا با استفاده از سیستم عرضه تقریبا ایدهآل تابع تقاضای نهادههای تولید گندم برآورد و رابطه مکملی و جانشینی بین نهادهها تعیین شد. سپس با افزایش قیمت حاملهای انرژی (گازوئیل و برق) با اعمال سناریوهای مختلف برنامه هدفمندی یارانهها، به محاسبه تغییرات مقدار تقاضای نهاده‌های تولید پرداخته شد. در این مطالعه از تغییرات مقدار تقاضای نهاده‌های آب، سموم شیمیایی، کود شیمیایی و حامل‌های انرژی به عنوان نهاده‌هایمؤثربرکیفیت محیط زیست استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کشش‌های خود قیمتی جبرانی تقاضا برای همه نهاده‌های مورد بررسی منفی است. همچنین کششهای متقاطع جبرانی بیانگر وجود رابطه مکملی بین نهاده‌های گازوئیل و ماشینآلات و برق و نیروی کار و رابطه جانشینی بین نهاده‌های گازوئیل و برق و نیز گازوئیل و نیروی کار می‌باشد. اثرات افزایش قیمت گازوئیل و برق نشان داد که با افزایش قیمت این حامل‌ها، مقدار تقاضای نهاده‌هایمؤثربرکیفیت محیط زیست افزایش می‌یابد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که سیاست فوق در تولید گندم با احتیاط بیشتر صورت گیرد. در نهایت علی‌رغم پایین بودن کششهای خود قیمتی و متقاطع جبرانی تقاضای نهاده‌ها، جانشین بودن آن‌ها بهطور تلویحی می‌تواند حاکی از تمایل مناسب تولیدکنندگان به استفاده از سایر نهادهها به جای انرژی باشد. لذا پیشنهاد میشود دولت تکنولوژیهای جایگزین انرژی و سازگار با محیط‌زیست را معرفی و ترویج نماید.}, keywords_fa = {حامل‌های انرژی,سیستم عرضه تقریبا ایده‌آل,کیفیت محیط زیست,گندم آبی,استان فارس}, url = {https://eenr.atu.ac.ir/article_8323.html}, eprint = {https://eenr.atu.ac.ir/article_8323_7d748b65180b8cf27d2f08104073959e.pdf} }
