The primary objective of the Journal of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics is to provide an intellectual and scientific platform for domestic and international researchers to present and examine the latest scientific findings in the field of environmental and natural resource economics. Through this approach, the journal seeks to elevate the standing of this discipline both in Iran and globally, and to propose solutions to the theoretical and practical challenges facing the field. Accordingly, researchers are invited to submit their original, complete, and unpublished manuscripts for review and possible publication.
In pursuit of this mission, the journal’s specific objectives are as follows:
1. Theoretical studies and environmental and economic policies.
2. Interdisciplinary research at the intersection of economics, environment, and environmental policy.
3. Application of economic theories to develop managerial strategies for addressing economic and environmental challenges.
4. Investigation and highlighting of theoretical, methodological, and applied issues in environmental economics.
5. Identification of causes, consequences, and policy responses related to environmental economic issues.
6. Promotion of environmental theories, methods, and data to better explain economic behavior and enhance understanding of environmental economics.
